Step one: define the product

Good chemical sourcing starts with an exact description. Tell us the name, the CAS number if you have it, the purity or grade, the packing you prefer and the quantity per shipment. If you only know the application, describe it and we will suggest suitable products from our chemical catalogue.

Step two: supplier selection

We look for producers with a record of supplying the grade you need, and we ask for samples, specifications and safety documents. We compare lead times and packing options, and we check that the producer can meet the volume. Where a product is hazardous, we also check that it can be transported to your destination.

Step three: quotation and order follow-up

You receive a written quotation. After you confirm, we follow the order through production, inspection, loading and shipment, and we keep you informed. Our logistics and shipping team coordinates freight, and our quality control checks are described on their own page.

We rely on public reference data when we verify a product. The PubChem database confirms names, formulas and CAS numbers, while the ECHA chemicals database helps with registration and hazard information.
