Chemical quality control before every shipment
Chemical quality control protects your process, your equipment and your customers. Anflo Inter Chemical Trading asks producers for the documents and test results that match each order, and we compare them with the specification you agreed. Quality is only useful when it is written down, so every quotation states the grade and the checks that apply.
The documents behind chemical quality control
For most products we can supply a certificate of analysis, a safety data sheet and a technical data sheet on request. The certificate of analysis lists the measured purity and key impurities for the batch. The safety data sheet explains hazards, handling and emergency measures. Together they let your team confirm that the product fits your process before it arrives.
Pre-shipment checks
Before loading, we confirm that the product, the batch and the packing match the order. We check labels, weights and the condition of packaging, and we ask for photographs of loading where it is useful. For cylinders and drums that carry hazardous goods, the markings must match the transport rules for the destination.
Independent inspection
Some buyers want a third party to inspect and sample the cargo. Tell us in your inquiry, and we will arrange inspection at the loading port, with the cost shown in your quotation. This is common for large mining and water treatment orders.
Standards and public references
Hazard classification and labelling follow national rules and international frameworks. The UNECE dangerous goods recommendations set out transport classes, and the OSHA hazard communication standard describes workplace labels and safety data sheets.
