Answers about bulk chemical orders

Buyers ask similar questions before placing bulk chemical orders. This page answers the most common ones about prices, minimum quantities, documents and shipping. If your question is not here, write to us and we will reply.

How are prices shown for bulk chemical orders?

Prices are reference prices in US dollars per metric ton, and refrigerant gases are shown per cylinder. A reference price is a starting point, not a binding offer. The final price depends on grade, packing, quantity and delivery terms, and it is confirmed in a written quotation.

What is the minimum for bulk chemical orders?

Minimum quantities depend on the product and the producer. Many bulk chemicals ship by the full container, and some can be supplied in smaller lots. Tell us the quantity you need through the quote form.

Which documents do you provide?

We can provide a safety data sheet, a certificate of analysis and a technical data sheet on request for most products. Learn more on our quality control page.

Which countries do you ship to?

We quote for buyers in every country, subject to local import rules. See global chemical supply and logistics and shipping for details. Delivery terms follow the ICC Incoterms rules.

Can I order a product that is not listed?

Yes. Send the name or CAS number and we will check with producers. Our sourcing team handles these requests, and you can also browse the chemical catalogue.

Where can I check chemical safety information?

Public databases such as ECHA and the NIOSH Pocket Guide are good starting points, along with the safety data sheet we provide.
